3. Service Bookings & Appointments
- All bookings made through the website, phone, WhatsApp, or email are considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or call from our team.
- Booking times are subject to availability.
- ANTC Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or weather conditions.
- Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property for our technicians and cleaners.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing will be communicated upfront before service begins.
- Prices may vary depending on property size, service duration, complexity, and materials required.
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, bank transfer, or online payment (where applicable).
- Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
- If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the premises or begin work due to the customer, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Service Warranty & Limitations
- ANTC Services aims to deliver high-quality workmanship and professional service.
- Certain services may include a limited warranty, which will be explained during booking.
- The warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, customer negligence, third-party interference, or natural wear and tear.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best service experience, customers must:
- Provide accurate information about property conditions and service needs.
- Secure valuables and fragile items before service.
- Ensure pets and children are safely away from the work area.
- Report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Liability Limitations
ANTC Services is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages in the customer’s property.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or repairs performed by third parties.
- Losses incurred due to service delays beyond our control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.
9. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree that:
- You will not misuse or attempt to disrupt the website.
- You will not copy, duplicate, or exploit any part of the website without written permission.
